WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ EXHANGEÂ POLICY?
Due to fast processing , orders typically cannot be cancelled. If you notice an error with your order please notify us right away and we will try our best to resolve your issue before shipping your order

Exchanges are not allowed because most of the items cannot to sanitized without compromising product integrity.

If your item arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery and photo proof is required. A replacement of the exact order will be provided once verification is completed.

Product materials are listed under Product Descriptions. Most items stainless steel with Cubic Zirconia. We also carry a few Sterling Silver items

TIPS:
Jewelry should not be worn in or exposed to water for extended periods
Avoid exposure with other chemicals like soaps. lotions, perfumes and hair products
Store jewelry in a dry area in the jewelry bag or box provided
Jewelry cleaner can and will cause the product to fade
Use a mild , fragrance free soap along with warm water and pat dry with a microfiber cloth
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Custom orders typically take 7-14 days to ship based on the details of the order

You will receive a tracking number Ince the order is complete. Shipping time does not include potential delays for holidays and weekends

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or undeliverable packages. the buyer is also responsible for any additional shipping cost for a failed delivery
